The Health Commission for Proving Degree of Disability transfered from Cinemay-e Pamir in to MMD

Professor Hamidullah Farooqi the Acting Minister of MMD visited with doctors of Proving Disability Degree Commission of Ministry of Public Health (MPH) and representatives of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities (HoMs & PwDs) at Ministry.
First of all, Pro Farooqi mentioned that transfering of Proving Disability Degree Commission from Cinemay-e Pamir to MMD due to solve the problems of PwDs which is a great achievement. He expressed hope that the commission would be able to varify the documents of nearly 4000 PwDs and specify their degree in order to receive their salaries as soon as possible. He added that the commission used to work once a week before and now they are working the whole week to complete the process very quickly. Furthermore, Pro Farooqi pointed on representatives of HoMs & PwDs that the leadership of Ministry is aware of all your challenges through face-to-face meetings, central and provincial Complaints Fund, and other ways. In relevant departments separately has been directed in order to all complaints can be investigated and handle it.
Pro Farooqi wanted to fight against corruption, providing transparency and electronic services one of the most important efforts of the Ministry and emphasized that they are not accepting corruption in office. The Ministry respects for the opinions and demands of all citizens and is ready to listen and handle to them. However, he will never allow to those who interfere in affairs of employees or wants to discredit the Ministry. In addition, he stated that lack of budget, limited organization, not consideration of careful code budget for HoMs & PwDs, not paying salaries of previous years, not using new system and up-to-date knowledge in providing services, security problems are the main challenges. So, we are working to solve these problems as soon as possible.
Pro Farooqi mentioned the finalizing the individual document, modification of law for HoMs & PwDs based on constitution, international treaties and national values, finalizing the national disability strategy, reviewing documents of HoMs & PwDs, establishing a relation committee between ministries under directorate of First Vice-president. facilitating and cooperating in establishment of National Federation and other issues, which are the most important activities of Ministry and he assured of further efforts.
Finally, Pro Farooqi provide necessary instructions to doctors of commission to speed up the verification process and enssured the cooperation of Ministry to them. Also, wanted from all HoMs & PwDs to work jointly on challenges and effective result and solve the problems of them.
