Providing educational opportunities for heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities are our priority

 On Tuesday, May 25, 2021 Pro Hamidullah Farooqi the Acting Minister of MMD met with director of Cultural and Development Institute for Disabled and representatives of people with disabilities, and he listened to their demands, suggestions and problems.

Mr. Azizullah Rasikh the director of Cultural and Development Institute for Disabled wanted to handle and solve the problems of people with disabilities, such as delaying the salary payment, finding jobs, booth distribution, access to offices, educations, social participation and accommodation. Moreover, other members of meeting also wanted to resolve the problems in Kabul and province, and promised to cooperate with ministry.

Pro Farooqi, the Acting Minister of MMD thanked from their presence and sharing problems with ministry and wanted their patience and help to solve the problems. In addition, he said that there are 28 other cortex of people living in Afghanistan, who is struggling with its own problems. So, the only reason for all these misfortunes is bloody war of decades.

Pro Farooqi asserted that the leadership board of ministry have been using its limited facilities and resources with commitment and honesty to solve the problems of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities. Furthermore, he mentioned that providing education for heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities is our priority and ministry is trying to provide education for them in Afghanistan and abroad.
