The Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs conducts a board meeting
Today February 15, 2021 board meeting lead by Hamidullah Farooqi the Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs in assembly hall of Ghazi Amanullah Khan of this ministry which include bosses, deputies, advisers, and other personnel.
First of all, Hamidullah Farooqi the Acting Minister for Ministry of martyrs and Disabled Affairs mentions the importance of this meeting for structure of board because of handling with official affairs and says that this session should increase and expand in future. He impacts on creating instruction for better conducting future session, decisions and follow the orders base on rule and regulation of ministry. So, this instruction has to be shared with all offices and branches in order to follow and doing their jobs properly.
Mr. Farooqi gives information about his traveling to east provinces and deeply appreciated the governors of these province because of their hospitalities and coordination. He adds that problems are remaining in some provinces which is need cooperation between local offices and this ministry for solving these problems. Moreover, he says the behavior of officers become better with references after visiting the branches and offices work. He appreciates from members of reviewing document commission because the related complaining decrease and he wishes to finish this process.
Mr. Farooqi talks about national strategy of people with disabilities and says this strategy need to revise and review and we should meet with cooperative organization and offices because of taking their perspectives about this strategy in order to finalist it and request to presidential officials. Mr. Farooqi mentions his meeting with Hamidullah Mohib the security adviser of presidency that they talk about financial challenges of this ministry and Mr. Mohib promised to cooperate and solve these problems.
Mr. Farooqi influence on coordination and cooperation between staff and with reference for acceleration works and says it is not acceptable for me about not being cooperation between personnel because it would cause disorders, abusing and other illegal issues. he focuses on importance of increasing work competence in offices and cooperation. Also, he gives useful information for staff to review the instruction of every officer and should use from their abilities.
During board meeting discussed about performance of M11 form commission which Mohammad Asif Sahak the head of Human Resources says about new formation, and Yasin Sayfi the head of Finance and accounting talks about codes of budget, justifiable distribution of budget and instruction of paying salaries which the leadership take decision in this case.
