Holding coordination meeting with partner institutions of MMD

On Sunday, May 9 the coordination meeting was held at the Ghazi Amanullah Khan Hall of this Ministry with national and international institutions officials of disabilities, which was under leadership of Sabri Andar the Deputy Minister of Coordination and Programs.
To begin with, Habib Khan Zazai the technical Advisor of MMD delivered information on National Disability Strategy and wanted  supports from partner institutions due to implementation. Moreover, he stated that by implementation of National Disability Strategy the things like health, education, jobs, physical access, social participation, sports, self-sufficiency and social justice would be provide and facilitate people with disabilities.
 
Representatives of supportive and partners institutions individually impacted on more cooperation and joint work, and promised to work in coordination with MMD in order to bring facilities for people with disabilities. In addition, they considered themselves responsibles with MMD  in order to apply National Disability Strategy and other services for people with disabilities and promised any kinds of cooperation with MMD.

Finally, Sabri Andar Deputy Minister of Coordination and Programs of MMD asserted that In current situation, more than before, coordination with national and international partner institutions and other institutions in Afghanistan has expanded and developed. So, valuable steps have to done due to strengthen it. Furthermore, he claimed that there are still problems in some cases that such continues meetings,  sharing difficulties and exchanging ideas will cause to find solution and decrease the problems.

Madam Sabri Andar mentioned that providing services and solving problems of people with disabilities are the priorities of Ministry and promised to do her best for implementation.
