Acting Minister of MMD visited with representatives of disabled people
On Monday, May 24, Pro Hamidullah Farooqi the Acting Minister of MMD visited with representatives of disabled people and talked on relevant issues of disabled people, also listened to their challenges.
Initially, Haji Ahmad Shah Azimi the representative of Kabul while mentioned the problems of people with disability in the society, said that almost six months had been passed from sit tent and demonstration of people with disability, but until now the challenges haven't solved. He asserted that the only purpose of sit tent and demonstration was to catch attention of International Communities, government and officials of ministry. 
According to Mr. Azimi, the amending and publishing the law of right and privilege for disabled, education, hiring, national and international scholarships, providing booths, accelerating the distribution of Electronic Identity Card, and implementation of National Strategy are the main demands of those who demonstrated. So, by solving the mentioned problems of people with disabilities, their demands will be resolved.
Pro Farooqi the Acting Minister of MMD appreciated them due to their regular and continuous collaboration in order to justice and arranging systems. He claimed that ministry is commitment to solve the problems of people with disabilities, and problems have to solve by close coordination and cooperation of this vulnerable group.
Pro Farooqi thanked from patient of people with disabilities for providing new system and clearing the problematic documents. He stated that the new system that ministry is working on it will prevent corruption in working process and give right to owner. Moreover, he said that meeting with relevant institution are holding every day in order to solve mentioned problems.
