Professor Farooqi the Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs starts his provincial travels in order to observe the situation of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities and solving their problems, so arrived in Laghman Province and discuss with its governor. During this travel the Acting Minister Hamidullah Farooqi with Rahmatullah Yarmal talk about process the documents, education, paying salaries and residence for heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities.
