The third day of workshop for capacity-building of provincial commanders
The third day of workshop for capacity-building of provincial commanders of Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs started by Jamila Nuristani the Supporting and Servicing Deputy of Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs
Third day of provincial commanders workshop shared challenges and requests of relevant commanders to leadership board of ministry, which was about the process of reviewing and checking documents of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities, administration organization, budget, distribution of electrical Identity Card, salaries payment of 1400, less work place in provinces and others needs, so profoundly request from center (Ministry) to assist in these issues.
Then the head of Plan and Policy, head of Disabled Research Institute, responsible for Electronic System, and Right Advisers presented their presentation about plan, goal, method of salaries payment, and the way of providing Electronic System services for Provincial Commanders. So, the main focus was about coordination and cooperation of provinces with capital ( Ministry) on Electronic System, Reformation, instruction, International Disabled Strategy, finishing corruption and sustainability of reformation. As a result, the Leadership Board of Ministry promised in order to solve these challenges, we will accomplish our best.
Another part of third day workshop was about Reviewing and Checking Documents Committee, which includes responsible of Court and members of Committee. So they discussed on process of reviewing and checking documents and accelerate this process, that responded to answares of Provincial Commanders.
It is significant to mention that this three-days workshop was due to group works, response to the questions, sharing problems, requests and needs of provinces. Moreover, free speeches and presented presentation relevant to ministry was the main purpose of this message workshop. Also, this workshop was held by cooperation of Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs and financial support of COMAC Charity which today on March 30 was the last day of workshop.
