هیئت مؤظف وزارت امور شهدا و معلولین به سرپرستی محترم مولوی علاءالدین سعد رئیس امور شهدا و معلولین ولایت هرات را که محترم مولوی محمد آمر امور شهدای خاص این وزارت، محترم زاهدالله میاخیل مدیر عمومی محاسبه آمریت امور شهدای خاص همراهی می نمود در مرکز و ولسوالی های ولایت غور با (۲۳) خانوادۀ فدایان و شهدای مجرد متعدد از نزدیک ملاقات نموده، خواست ها و مشکلات شان را استماع و به هر خانواده مبلغ (۱۵۰۰۰)  افغانی به عنوان مساعدت نقدی توزیع گردید.
