The Afghan Disabled Council supported the functions and corrective programs of the Ministry.

Members of the Council of Afghanistan's Disabilities met with Government Minister Laluddin Aryubi in the affairs of martyrs and disabled people and supported the ongoing reforming functions and programs of this Ministry.

The members of the council said during their remarks that our demand from the Ministry of Right Function and Reforms has come and that we are satisfied with this process because all affairs are done legally. They continue to remember that some of those who are against the realization of reforms in this ministry have problems with their disability documents or are illegal.

Members of this council also talked about the amendments to the Law on the Rights and Privileges of Persons with Disabilities, the National Federation of Disabled Persons and the Committee for Reviewing and Documents, in addition, that the necessary ideas and suggestions have been taken and should be finalized as soon as possible. Besides all this in the province, the establishment of the federation and the committee of reviewing documents should be fully handled.

The members of the council offered their complaints, demands and suggestions about the destruction of the work booths of disabled people in Kabul and asked for solutions in the field.

The members of the council emphasized on all inclusive cooperation, synergy and strengthening our relations between the ministry and the council and still on signing a bilateral memorandum.

Government Minister Laluddin Aryubi said: Work on modification of the law has been completed and the ideas of all Aryubi have been found in it, which will be finalized after the legal review. Mr. Aryobi has indicated that the review and review of documents is proceeding according to the law and that some disabled people whose documents are difficult but their disability is severe and clear, will be given a booklet of rights. He considered the issue of finalization of the Federation, the cooperation of all institutions, unions and councils of disabled people and emphasized that we all work together on this issue.

Mr. Aryobi assured that he has put the problems of the disabled work booths with the vice president to consider solutions.

Mr. Aryobi added the signature of a bilateral memorandum of understanding to strengthen relations and cooperation the more important, important and valuable: in this case a draft should be arranged and after legal review, it should be signed by the side.
