Press announcement of Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs on occasion of 8 Saur the victory of Mujahedeen of Afghanistan 
The Afghan people have been living with proud, unity and dignity through history, and stand against foreign aggressors and conspirators in order to defense their sovereignty, territories, independence and national values. Through the history this historical country had been attacked several time by political conspiracies, but the Afghan people prevented and stopped all these attacks with intelligences and carefulness.
The 8 of Saur is coincidence with the victory of Mujahedeen and defeat of Soviet Army, which is the day that people of Afghanistan defeat the Russian Army with their perseverance and persistent efforts. This victory has not achieved simply, but millions of Afghan people have been martyred, people displaced from their hometown, the infrastructure of country collapsed and the relations profoundly changed between countries. 
The Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs congratulates on victory of Afghan people, pray for martyred of Afghanistan and deeply wishes a comprehensive peace for all Afghan people from Almighty God.
