ریاست امور شهدا و معلولین ولایت بغلان به همکاری مؤسسه خیریه (ZFA) برای (۳۰۰) خانوادۀ شهدا و افراد دارای معلولیت بسته های کمک رمضانی که شامل پنج (۵) نوع مواد غذایی می شد، به گونۀ شفاف و عادلانه توزیع نمودند.

محترم مولوی احسان‌الله عابد رئیس امور شهدا و معلولین ولایت بغلان، حین توزیع کمک‌ها از مؤسسه خیریه متذکره به خاطر فراهم نمودن مساعدت ها برای یتیمان، خانم های بیوه‌ و معلولین ابراز قدردانی نموده و بر تأمین کمک‌های بیشتر برای این قشر تأکید کردند
