د معلولیت لرونکو وګړو لپاره د ملاتړ صندوق د جوړیدو په موخه د اړوندو وزارتونو د استازو ناسته ترسره شوه.

د شهیدانو او معلولینو په چارو کې د دولت وزارت لخوا د معلولیت لرونکو وګړو د ملاتړ صندوق د رامنځته کولو په موخه د څلورو وزارتونو د استازو تر منځ د غازي آمان الله خان د غونډو په تالار کې ناسته وشوه.

په دې ناسته کې د مالیې، عدلیې او حج او اوقافو وزارتونو استازو او د شهیدانو او معلولینو په چارو کې د دولت وزارت مسولینو د معلولیت لرونکو وګړو د ملاتړ صندوق پر تخنیکي او حقوقي اړخونو هر اړخیز بحثونه وکړل او د دغه صندوق د جوړېدو حقوقي او تخنیکي چارې یې بشپړې کړې.
