هیئتِ وزارت امور شهداء و معلولین به سرپرستی محترم مولوی محمد امین درویش رئیس امور مالی و حسابی را که محترم مولوی محمد محمد آمر شهدای خاص همراهی می نمود، به ولایات پروان و کاپیسا سفر کردند.
طی این سفر هیئت متذکره از نزدیک با خانوادههای شهداى مجرد و استشهادیان از نزدیک ملاقات کرده، خواست ها و مشکلات آنان را شنیدند و به هر خانواده یک اندازه مساعدت های نقدی نیز توزیع نمودند.
