Acting and Candidate Minister for the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs officially introduced to the Staff of this Ministry.
Today on January 26, 2021 Professor Hamidullah Farooqi the Acting and Candidate Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs formally introduced in an appropriate ceremony to all staff of this ministry by Dr. Fazel Mahmood Fazli the General Director of the Office of Presidential Affairs and appreciated former minister Laluddin Aryubi for his significant works that has been done.
In the introduction ceremony Laluddin Aryubi former minister of this ministry, Dr. Fazel Mahmood Fazli the General Director of the Administrative Office of the President, representatives of the National Assembly, numbers of government officials, professors of Kabul university, the heirs of the martyrs and people with disablities participated.
Mr. Ahamadullah Navid the deputy of Human and Administrative Resources for General Director of the Office of Presidential Affairs reads the presidential decree regarding the selection of Professor Farooqi as an Acting and Candidate Minister for the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs and wishes more success for him.
Former minister Laluddin Aryubi speaks about creation of ministry, challenges, activities and his achievement and said that I am thankful from trust of the president who had given me such an important responsibility in order to serve for heirs of the martyrs and disabled people. He says that I am very happy due to accomplishing fundamental and sensible works for this ministry. in addition, he reports shortly all his works that he had done, reformations, achievement and he promised to eagerly will cooperate in every aspect with this ministry.
First of all, the new Acting and Candidate Minister Professor Hamidullah Farooqi expresses his deep appreciations in his speech from president Ashraf Ghani because of his appointment in this position. Also, he appreciated former Minister Laluddin Aryubi because of his works and he points out that he is aware of challenges that Mr. Aryubi faced, but he successfully accomplished his best and now we see a lot of improvement in this ministry. He includes that Mr. Aryubi served fundamentally for martyrs and disabled people and I will try my best to sustain this improvement in order to benefit heirs of the martyrs and disabled people. Moreover, he claims that he will do all his responsibilities in order to increase capacity, build coordination, provide better services according to quality and quantity, finding solutions for problems, giving the rights of disabled people, finalizing the national strategy for disabled people and will continue other affairs according to my functional values and principles. He includes that his priority is fighting against inequality and corruption in order to have a strong and sustainable office. In addition, he says that it is important to take advise and cooperation from the heirs of the martyrs and disabled people to improve our work affairs.
Dr. Fazel Mahmood Fazli the General Director of the Administrative Office of the President as a representative of President appreciated the activities and works of former minister Mr. Aryubi added that his ability and competence will be useful for others affairs of the government. Dr. Fazli congratulated for new Acting and Candidate Minister for the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs and says that Professor Farooqi is knowledgeable and academic person and adds that Administrative Office of the President will assist with this ministry in every aspect, also help to build communication and coordination with others offices and mentions that promotion of this office to Ministry for Martyrs and Disabled Affairs have direct impact on its sustainability. So, it causes to pay more attention for heirs of the martyrs and disabled people. Finally, he claims that he gives responsibility for Ministry of State for Parliamentary Affairs in order to introduce the Acting and Candidate Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs to Wolesi Jirga for obtaining vote of confidence.
