The meeting was held on instruction of President in order to provide the rights of martyrs and people with disabilities.

The session was held by collaboration of Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs and Cultural and Social Department of Presidential Administration, which the participation were the representatives of Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs, Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Public Health, Independent Administrative Reform Commission, General Directorate of National Security, and Kabul Municipality due to presidential instruction for providing the rights of martyrs and people with disabilities.

Mahbub Shah Mahbub the head of Cultural and Social Affairs of Presidential Administration talked on President instruction and rights of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities.

Sabri Andar the Deputy of Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs discussed on plan to find jobs opportunities for people with disabilities, re-transfer the Rehabilitation Center by Ministry of Public Health, and the booths difficulties for heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities.

The representative of Independent Administrative Reform Commission sated that work will be done on mechanism to specify the capabilities of people with disabilities by collaboration of Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs in order to hiring them in governmental offices.

Consequently, they agreed that relevant offices have to send their plans in draft for Presidential Administration to fine jobs for people with disabilities. Moreover, the Ministry of Public Health and Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs have to provide proper reasons on re-transfer the Rehabilitation Center. Also, the Kabul Municipality delivered its reports to Presidential Administration based on solving the problem of booths for people with disabilities.
