Bring changes is possible with participation of citizens, observance and respect to law

On May 27, 2021, this statement was delivered by Pro Hamidullah Farooqi the Acting Minister of MMD in meeting with representatives of Disability Society.

 First of all, Haji Hassan Safi and Haji Rahim Shah talked on behalf of Disability Society and shared the problems about place to residence, booth, finding jobs, problems in technical documents, payment of salaries, and rehabilitation of people with disabilities, and demanded for solving.

Secondly, Jamila Nooristani the Deputy Minister of Support and Providing Services of MMD talked on activities and progress of document review in Committee and mentioned the ministry's continuous efforts to solve the problems of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities.

Pro Farooqi while pointed on implementation of commitments of the Geneva Conference, said that this ministry is constantly working to reform and fight against corruption, so recently has good progress. Moreover, he asserted that he doesn't have flexibility with any kind of corruption and breaking law, and the perpetrators would be send for justice. In addition, he encouraged the Disabled Society to collaborate and cooperate with Ministry to fight against corruption due to overcome problems.

Pro Farooqi said that the problems facing to heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities are perceivable, which the problems take time to overcome. Furthermore, he mentioned the cause of delaying in payment of salaries was the process of reviewing the document in committee, lack of budget, and added that those whose documents such as (M1, M11, Sh12) and other necessary documents are missing, incomplete or unavailable. All documents will be categorized regularly and will send to presidency for instruction.
