The Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs meets with some representatives of disabled institutions
   
Hamidullah Farooqi the  Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs visits with Shah Bibi Kamavi and some people with disabilities to discuss about issues of  law amendment, reform, physical access, and support the work of  ministry have done.
First of all, Senator Shah Bibi Kamah and Assadullah Kamah speak on behalf of people with disabilities in the meeting and say that people with disabilities have always been and are cooperating with the leadership to advance the work and reforms of the Ministry. They describe about work and progress of National Federation of people with disabilities, employment, education, physical access and amendment of the law as one of the significant demands of people with disabilities. So, by solving these problems, they can achieve their social rights and privileges in order to live better. Also, there should not be any discrimination or duplication in review of Disabled Documents Commission because everyone is damaged by the war.
Secondly, Qasi Ahmad Rashed emphasized the role of professional and expert people with disabilities in amending the law on rights and privileges of people with disabilities and says that with the demands of this group the law should be amende and revise to provide a good opportunity to include trained and educated people with disabilities that they have been able to play important role in improving the law with their ideas.
Professor Farooqi expresses his gratitude for their struggle and constant cooperation for the rights of people with disabilities and says that  undoubtedly, problems affect on government of Afghanistan, especially in the disability sector, so it is a great responsibility for all of us to end this situation.
Professor Farooqi points out that the work of amending the law has been referred from the Ministry of Justice to the Second Vice President which by its finalization,  significant changes will be revealed in life of this group that considers all the demands and needs of people with disabilities without discrimination. He adds that hiring process to finalize the National Federation of people with disabilities and bringing reforms are the priorities of ministry.
