The voice of war victim have to eminent in peace process
Professor Hamidullah Farooqi the Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs with presence of Zohra Mathar Ahmadzai the deputy of Supreme Council of National Reconciliation, madam Benafsha Yoqubi the Commissioner of Independent Human Right Commission and Laal Gul Laal the head of Human Right Institution participated in Sapedar Palace and they spoke about getting ideas and including the suggestion of war victims.
The session was held on April 14, 2021 which were the representatives of war victim, heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities of different provinces.
First of all, madam Zohra Mathar Ahmadzai the Deputy of Supreme Council of National Reconciliation impacted on presence of representatives of war victims in peace process due to sharing their demands and wanted to include their representative in this peace talking. In addition, he pointed that cease fire and ending war are related to unity and cooperation of Afghan people and wanted from everybody to attempt together due to end this war in Afghanistan.
Secondly, Professor Hamidullah Farooqi the Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs asserted that the present war is impermissible and imposing. Moreover, he said that Afghan people gave much more sacrifice and are tired of continued war, so now it is necessary to use from this opportunity to bring a sustaible, justified and real peace in Afghanistan. He claimed that the role of war victims are less in peace process, so the voice of war victims should be eminent, and the peace that is needs of people have dignity, independence and unity.
Furthermore, Prof Farooqi mentioned from formation of national and international meeting and was hopeful to end the current war and not give sacrifice any family of Afghanistan. He stated that peace is long term wishes of Afghan people and appreciated from governments and its unities in this process.
Madam Benafsha Yoqubi the Commissioner of Independent Human Right Commission talked about problems of war victims that they are facing and stated that your view toward war victims should be best on reality, not pitiable because they are not oppressed, but they are prevented.
Finally, the representatives of war victims talked about their challenges and difficulties and wanted to hear their voice and share their demands in peace process.
