در ولسوالی خوگیانی ولایت ننگرهار ریاست امور شهداء و معلولین آن ولایت به همکاری مؤسسه خیریه (HHRD) برای (۳۰۰) تن ایتام مستحق بسته های مواد خوراکی توزیع نمود، کمک های متذکره شامل آرد، روغن و برخی مواد غذایی دیگر می شد، که در دسترس مستحقین قرار گرفت.
