The Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs with his accompanying delegation visit from east provinces during two days

Professor Farooqi the Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs traveled to Kunar, Nangarhar, Nuristan and heard their suggestions, problems and needs of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities.

In this journey Mr. Omran Khan Munib the Presidential Adviser in Disabled Affairs and leaderships of ministry accompany Mr. Farooqi. At the first day Mr. Farooqi arrived in Laghman Province then he went to Nangarhar Province, and in second day he visited from Kunar and Nuristan Provinces.

In this journey Mr. Farooqi visited individually with Mr. Rahmatullah Yarmal the governor of Laghamn, Mr. Ziaul Haq Amarkhil the governor of Nangarhar Province, Mr. Mohammad Eqbal Saeed the governor of Kunar Province and Mr. Abdul Ghafor Malikzai the governor of Nuristan in their offices and they talked about reviewing document, paying salaries or rights, provide accommodation, physical facilities and other requirement of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities.

Governors congratulated for Mr. Farooqi due to become as an Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs and warmly welcomed to him with his accompanying delegations and they said that providing service from Unite Window is showing transparency and significant improvement in this ministry. And they appreciated the resent achievement like making electrical system, making an organized policy, making national strategies for people with disabilities, decreasing bureaucracy, fight against corruption, reviewing documents and providing transparency.

Mr. Farooqi focused more on his speech about solving the challenges and problem that heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities have with cooperate with capital. He added that all of us are working on one specific mechanism in order to become able to provide much more facilities for heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities. in this journey Professor Farooqi participated in Accountability to the Nation program in Kuanr province who explained more about future plans of ministry to media and people. Also, he shared his aim of traveling to Kunar Province for media and people. Moreover, Mr. Farooqi mentioned that helping for heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities are responsibilities of all governmental organizations and added that accountability to the nation is sample of good governance. In addition, he visited from center of making artificial limbs of Kunar Province for people with disabilities and ordered for responsible to assist in this case with this center.

In this travel, Mr. Farooqi had individual meeting with reviewing document commission, officers of public health, urban development, Mostofit and municipalities of Laghman, Nangarhar, Kunar, and Nuristan provinces which governors were in meetings as well. In these meetings the bosses and heads of this offices had been participated. He states that solving the challenges of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities are our priority and we will provide basic needs of life until educational, health, physical and all complete facilities for them. Moreover, Mr. Farooqi shared his suggestions, guidelines and requests about paying salaries and making banking of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities with mostofits of these provinces. He talked about making sanatoria, distributing residential place for heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities and sherd resent achievement related to these topics with people of Laghman, Nangarhar, Kuanr and Nuristan Provinces. And give responsibilities for municipalities of these provinces to distribute cabins for heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities. Mr. Farooqi focused more on solving on time the problems of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities and want assist from related responsible.    

At the end of this session, all members of reviewing document commission, mostofits, directors of urban developments, public health, municipalities and other personnel of these provinces individually in their provinces appreciated Mr. Frooqi and his accompanying delegations for coming in these provinces and listen to suggestions, problems and requests of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities.

Mr. Farooqi impact on checking documents of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities and promised to cooperate and assist with personnel of governments and he wanted to strong their relationships and cooperation with ministry.

In following, mayors, bosses of urban development and land and mostofit of related provinces talk about related topics and mentioned works and plan that they have done already. And they focus on relation and cooperation of offices heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities in provinces.

Then Mr. Farooqi the Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and people with disabilities separately talked with representatives of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities of Laghman, Nangrarhar, Kunar, Nuristan provinces. These meeting were conducted in governor offices these provinces which Mr. Farooqi wanted more cooperation and coordination with heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities. he said that establishing federation and applying system is their priorities to do in order to help them on time and overcome the challenges. He said that due to have a good governance, we have to fight against corruption, bring transparency, and applying transparency are our priority. If we want to overcome all these challenges, the heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities have to cooperate with this ministry. Everybody needs to take electrical Identity Card to make electrical the system of Ministry.

Mr. Farooqi included resent achievements of ministry and said now the processing and reviewing of documents for heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities are going on because of prevention and knowing fake documents with cooperation and supports of you and increase the economical situations, control wasting money of government, and justice between people.

Representatives of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities warmly welcomed to Mr. Farooqi, Omran Khan Munib, and his accompanying delegations. And they wanted to help them in every aspect of their life, and propose their suggestion and request for Mr. Farooqi.

Finally, Mr. Farooqi express his deep thankfulness from people of Laghman, Nangarhar, Kunar, and Nuristan because of their hospitalities. He ordered to paying salaries of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities and solve their problems. Also, providing educational and other facilities for their life is mandatory.
