ریاست امور شهداء و معلولین ولایت کابل با همکاری مؤسسه خیریه رفاه اسلامی در ولسوالی پغمان ولایت کابل برای (۲۰) خانوادۀ شهداء و معلولین مساعدت های نقدی توزیع نمودند، که هر خانواده مبلغ (۴۰) هزار افغانی را به عنوان کمک نقدی دریافت کردند.
