ریاست امور شهدا و معلولین ولایت ننگرهار به هماهنگی مؤسسه اچ، اچ، آر، دی برای (۲۰۰) تن اطفال معلول مستحق در آن ولایت مساعدت های را که شامل مواد خوراکی، لباسهای عیدی و یک اندازه مساعدت های نقدی می شد، توزیع نمودند.
