به منظور بهبود روند کاری و ارایه خدمات بهتر و به موقع به ایتام، خانم های بیوه و معلولین جلسۀ اداری تحت ریاست محترم قاری شمس الامین زهیر رئیس امور شهدا و معلولین ولایت کابل تدویر یافت که در آن کارمندان بخش های مربوطه اشتراک ورزیده بودند.
