وزارت امور شهدا و معلولین در هماهنگی با یک مؤسسۀ خیریه به چهل (۴۰) تن افراد معلول مستحق ویلچر توزیع نمود.
حین توزیع ویلچرهای متذکره محترم مولوی ثناء الله فرقانی رئیس تنظیم خدمات اجتماعی و برخی کارمندان ریاست نظارت و ارزیابی حضور داشتند.
قابل ذکر است که ضمن توزیع ویلچرها، به هر معلول مبلغ یک هزار (۱۰۰۰) افغانی پول نقد نیز به عنوان کرایۀ موتر توزیع گردید.
