د توان بخشي مرکز د معلوليت لرونکو وګړو لپاره له روغتيايي بنسټونو سره په همغږۍ، د غوږ او پوزې، د ذهني او رواني ناروغيو، فيزيوتراپی، عمومي داخلې او د اوجود لپاره د مصنوعي غړو او بندونو اچولو په برخه کې د هېوادوالو په خدمت کې دی.

په ياد روغتيايي مرکز کې ۳۱ کارکوونکي او ډاکتران د هېوادوالو چوپړ کوي، چې زياتره يې د معلوليت لرونکي وګړي دي.
