Special SIM cards will distribute for 600 thousands family of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities
Professor Hamidullah Farooqi the Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs visits with Sayed Yunos Sadaad the administrative and financial deputy of Afghanistan Telecom Regulatory Authority (ATRA).
Initially, Professor Farooqi talked about the digitalizing services and connection of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities with Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs and stated that applying electonical system should be the priority of work. Moreover, he said that SIM cards from MTN Telecommunications Company have voice facilities and fast Internet. Based on agreement between Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs and MTN Telecommunication Company will distribution in all country and he wanted the cooperation and Coordination of ATRA for managing process .
Then Sayed Yunos Sadaad the Administrative and financial deputy of ATRA express his happiness from the digitalization of services and promised that ATRA is ready to assist technically. He stated that Telecommunication Service of Regulatory office will tichnically support for distributing SIM cards. Also he promised to help in accommodation project of digitizing.
