ریاست امور شهدا و معلولین ولایت سمنگان در راستای حمایت از ایتام، خانم های بیوه و افراد دارای معلولیت با همکاری یک مؤسسه خیریه به (۴۰۰) خانوادۀ شهدا و معلولین مساعدت های را که شامل شش (۶) قلم مواد غذایی می شد، به گونۀ شفاف و عادلانه توزیع نمودند.
حین توزیع مساعدت ها، مسؤلین ریاست امور شهدا و معلولین ولایت سمنگان و نمایندگان مؤسسه خیریه حضور داشتند و از جریان توزیع مواد خوراکی به مستحقین نظارت بعمل آورد.
