The three days workshop started about coordination and capacity building for provincial commanders of Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs
On Sunday, March 28, 2021 the three days workshop about coordination and capacity building for provincial commanders of Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs officially began with speech of Hamidullah Farooqi the Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs. While the workshop include 33 people of provincial commanders, Mr. Omran Khan Munib the presidential adviser for martyrs and disabled affairs, miss Sabri Andar the coordination and programs deputy, other heads of ministry and also the representatives of COMAC Organization have participated.
First of all, Professor Farooqi deeply welcomed the provincial commendars and  mentioned that launching this workshop is a significant opportunity due to increase better services and more coordination for heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities, and he said that he was hopeful to visit with provincial responsibles and discuss with them in order to have more coordination. He added that the heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities are the most deserving cortex in society, so they gave sacrifices for sustainabilities and facilities of nation and country. We are hopeful that all the services provide on time for them by responsibles and any kind of disregarding for serving them is not acceptable.
Mr. Farooqi while appreciated from work of provincial responsibles, give them necessary guidances on rapid and better services. He pointed that the only mission that I become responsible of this ministry is to provide better life and sustainable changes for every aspect of this cortex. He stated that all achievement of capital and provinces are the result of hardworking and efforts of staff or responsibles, so we can extend all this achievements with commitment, group work, and dignity.
Mr. Farooqi mentioned that the promotion of ministry was special attention of president and government for heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities and while congratulating this great achievement for officials, said that the government has special attention and respect to the sacrifices of martyrs and people with disabilities. He mentioned that the government not only ignore their victims, but also pays their salaries and other benefits as soon as possible. Mr. Farooqi also ordered to provincial commanders of the ministry to reconsider how to present their programs and services and solve all their problems with a proper mechanism.
Mr. Farooqi called significant and effective the achievements and functions of ministry in 1399, and talked about plans, finalization and implementation of important works in 1400. He stated that work is continuing on modifying the laws, the national disability strategy and action plan, the process of verifying the documents of heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities in country, and implementation and finalization of electrical system.
Mr. Farooqi considered administrative reform, fight against corruption and good governance as important decisions of the Geneva Conference and ordered to all officials in related to respond to all orders of high authority and  Ministry and pursue seriously. In addition to fulfilling their responsibilities in strengthen transparency and fighting against corruption, he influenced on importance of finalizing the biometric process and electronic Identity Cards.
The Acting Minister impacted on respect and proper attitude toward heirs of martyrs in provinces, and considered hiring of people with disabilities and gender equality and emphasized on importance of issues about implementing the agreements signed with governmental and non-governmental institutions, building sanatoriums in provinces, prepare working offices for provincial commanders and comprehensive coordination.
Professor Farooqi also said about procedure for paying salaries of the 1400 for heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities. He stated that this procedure is based on decision of Leadership board, which the salaries of the remaining years is also considered.
Mr. Farooqi expressed his gratitude for the cooperation and coordination of all governmental, non-governmental institutions and national and international institutions with Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs, which provided significant and valuable services and address the demands and problems for heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities.
Finally, Professor Farooqi  deeply thanked from officials of Ministry and COMAC Charity for their cooperation and organizing this workshop, and for providing tangible  opportunities to provide effective services for heirs of martyrs and people with disabilities.
